Engineering Team
The Kaizen Engineering team are very experienced, we have Apple Certified Engineers who are more than capable of providing fixes to all of your issues, either hardware or software, we have AASP status (Apple Authorised Service Provider), this gives us a direct link to Apple for spare parts and information that you cannot get from ordinary resellers.
We also have PC people who are equally experienced in solving issues within a creative environment. We regularly hold brainstorming sessions to discuss the current issues of the day. Each of our engineers has a specialism, this includes bench repairs, servers, desktops, remote, audio, video and design software. Our combined experience of computer support collectively totals in excess of 100 years. We have engineers who are based in and around the major cities of the UK, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and London.
We have support contracts in diverse locations Ð from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park to Bristol and the heart of the city of London. The scope of our project management experience is vast: We have planned company relocations, organised multi-site connectivity solutions, improved efficiency by utilising font server policies and installations as well as aiding with disaster recovery policies. Last year alone we had server installs and large-scale upgrades happening almost weekly. We sit down with you and plan every last detail, often we have found things that you never knew existed but are still paying for.
